Marc Jeton is Principal of River Birch Advisory, LLC (RBA), Maine-based but globally focused to provide personalized solutions to companies confronting pressing international business challenges.
Marc, a seasoned international sales and business development professional, has more than 25 years’ experience formulating a variety of business solutions for clients around the world and across numerous industries with a particular defense industry and law enforcement emphasis.
Specific areas of expertise:
- Planning and personal execution of sales and market development strategies for US companies seeking to increase international revenue. Techniques include analysis of current practices, consideration of new geographies, and availability of direct sales support/guidance.
- Origination and management of exclusive distribution channels for foreign firms seeking to establish/expand business opportunities in the US.
- Identification and sourcing of uncommon materials and specialized equipment.
Background:
- Experience includes but not limited to a focus on threat mitigation, ballistic testing, protective material manufacturing, specialty textiles and internal security.
- Past registered broker with the US Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).

- A double major in history and French from Colby College, he also has a conversational command of German.
